Most of our products are made to order and therefore, have a lead time. the current lead time is 4-8 weeks. for updated lead times or questions regarding lead times please contact us via the contact form.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
